Appetizers (Passed or Buffet)
Eclectic Catering offers a wide range of possibilities for appetizers, including cold appetizers, hot appetizers, light or heavy appetizers.

Dinner Buffet
Feed your guests well with a dinner buffet including one or two entrees, sides, salad and dinner rolls at an affordable price.

Action Stations
Looking for something more interactive? We offer food stations called Actions Station…they can be themed and either self-serve or chef-attended. We have meat carving stations or cooking stations such as pasta stations, stir fry stations, omelette stations and more.

Plated Dinner
Looking for a more elegant seated dinner? Choose from a single entree or dual entree plated meal. This type of meal requires reserved seating and for guests to choose their meal during RSVP. Options of meat, fish or vegetarian are available
